CASE PROFILE

Diagnosis: Acne Vulgaris

History:

• 21 year old medical secretary
• Lesions present and recurrent over 7 years with involvement of face
• Prior treatments include multiple dermatological products with no lasting improvements

Physical Examination on Presentation at Meditech Clinic:

• Forehead most severely affected with active lesions

Treatment at Meditech Rehabilitation Clinic:

• Laser treatment 3 times per week

Progress on the Above Regime:

• Following 13 treatment sessions, skin completely normal without any scars or active lesions present

Final Result:

• No recurrence since conclusion of treatment
